The technical team of Leone Stars has slammed an indefinite suspension on Musa Noah Kamara and Baimba Sesay over what they described as professional misconduct. The two home-based strikers are currently with the national team preparing for this month’s Cameroon 2021 African Cup of Nations qualifiers against Lesotho in Freetown. According to sources at the Football Association secretariat in Kingtom, the two players will likely miss next week Wednesday’s clash against Lesotho in Freetown. For Musa Noah Kamara fondly known as Musa Tombo, he failed to travel with the home-based national team to Kono over the weekend, telling the technical team he was bereaved. However, it was later noticed that he went ahead to play in a community league at the Brima Attouga Mini- Stadium for the Kissy Community FC. On the other hand, East End Tigers forward Baimba Sesay breached player’s transfer regulations by signing for two clubs - FC Kallon and FC Johansen. However, head coach Sellas Tetteh and his backroom staff have no option that to allow few more foreign-based professionals to be part of the line-up for the match ahead.

The May Park Boys came into the grand final after defeating FC Johansen on post-match penalties while East End Lions had a narrow win against their rivals East End Tigers Football Club.The first edition Tornado Solution Football Cup saw four premier league clubs East End Tigers, FC Johansen, Old Edwardians and East End Lions taking part. The three day football gala commenced on Friday 1st November at the Siaka Stevens Stadium with a match between FC Johansen and Old Edwardians Football Club competing for 40 million Leones, according to Mohamed McCarthy Bangura media contact for Tornado Solution.The grand final saw the winner clinching the star prize and trophy while the runner-up East End Lions received their second place trophy. According to close source reaching this media, Musa Noah Kamara (Musa Tombo) and Baimba Sesay have been suspended from the Sierra Leone national team training ahead of the 2021 AFCON qualifier matches against Lesotho and Benin.
According to confirm source, Musa was suspended after he lied to Sierra Leone national team officials that he lost his uncle, and he will not be able to travel with the national home base for their friendly match against the Diamond Stars of Kono during the weekend.
Tombo was later seen playing an Inter Community League at the approved school playing ground for City Road Community, after he failed to show up for the home based friendly match against Diamond Stars.
For his part, Baimba Sesay was also suspended due to his latest transfer saga between Giant of Grass Field, East End Tigers, FC Johansen and FC Kallon.
A letter dated 30th October 2019 stated that Benjamin Gordon will now serve as full time Secretary for the Association. Executive members of the Western Area Football Association appointed and approved Benjamin Gordon to serve them after he had been acting in the position for over three months taking over from his predecessor Kashor Joseph Holland-Cole. The Sierra Leonean-born Striker Mohamed Buya Turay currently in Sweden playing first division professional football for Djurgarden IF has contributed for his side to be crowned champions for this season.
