Housemates Salone Season 2 Audition which commenced on Thursday 3rd September, 2020 and was slated to complete yesterday Sunday 6th September has got an extension of one or two more days.
Reason for the extension to today Monday or tomorrow Tuesday according to Phebe Swill Randall is to give opportunity for all applicants to be auditioned.
It can be recalled that hundreds of young Sierra Leoneans with different talent and skills applied to be auditioned for Housemates Salone Season 2 organized by the AYV Media Empire and Africell.
Widely known for their integrity and credibility, the AYV and Africell gone beyond borders to select credible judges in the persons of Ellen Keister Conteh,
Lansana Sheriff aka Steady Bongo and Sarah Laura Tucker to assess and thoroughly scrutinise the intending housemates.
These unstained panels of judges are currently powered by a team of other credible and well respected Guest Judges in the persons of Frank Rajah Arase (a household name in Africa’s movie industry and entertainment), Joshua I. Akinola and Henrietta Mbawah.
Abiding to the ethics of COVID-19 social distancing, the judges have been hosting small numbers of applicants in a live studio set auditions and ten other applicants via Zoom each day.
Applicants are strongly advised to keep their phones on every second of the day as all calls will be made to them through the telephone numbers they applied with on their Housemates Salone forms.
This year’s Housemate Salone show will be held with the theme: ‘Quarantine Drama’ for a Star Prize of 250 Million Leones and a round trip to Dubai.
Housemates are expected to go into the house in October 2020.
